FIRM HISTORY
1976: Establishment of 'Plastik Műanyagipari Kisszövetkezet'
Founded by a group of entrepreneurs, laying the foundation for the venture.
Subsequently, Csaba Felcsuti departed to establish METALPLAST Gmk, focusing on manufacturing metal and plastic products for major Hungarian industrial entities.
1994: Inception of MP Meta Bt
Csaba Felcsuti, alongside his son, founded MP Meta Bt, marking the beginning of the company's initial brand.
The MP Meta machine accessory range is now available in all European handicraft department stores.
1998: Transition to Limited Liability Company
MP Meta transitioned into a limited liability company.
2003: Restructuring to MPF Holding Logistic and Sales LTD
The restructuring of MP Meta Rt led to its renaming as MPF Holding Logistic and Sales LTD.
2006: Formation of Chinese Joint Venture
The company formed a joint venture in China.
2009: International Expansion of Private Label Business
MPF Meta expanded its private label business internationally.
2013: Achievement of Global Sales
The company achieved global sales, reaching all five continents.
2021: Rebranding as MPF Meta LTD
The company underwent a rebranding process and is now recognized as one of the leading hardware distributors.
